Job description

The data analyst will be responsible for developing technology and algorithms within Who’s Good. This role will primarily involve development and maintenance of technology for data processing and analysis such as event/topic extraction from news data and text classification. There will be many opportunities to work on a broad range of technologies from data processing and integration, machine learning and NLP together with other data scientists in the team. The role is essential for making the tools for Robo-analysis technology. We want to find someone who is keen to contribute ideas and implement solutions to improve.

Day-to-day

• Develop technology in order to analyze corporate news data
• Plan and develop algorithm to extract needed information from various documents (Analysis technology: event extraction, category classification, topic extraction)
• Improve already developed algorithms together with team members
• Create visualization based on collected data

Minimum qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Experience or projects in data analysis, machine learning and NLP development experience (No specific requirement for the working period)
• Fluent in Korean or English

Preferred qualification

• Master of Natural Language Process and data mining
• Experience in using R/Phython
• Additional language skills (Japanese, Chinese or others)
• International work or study experience (related to the role)

Working condition

• Full-time position starting immediately in our office locations in Seoul, Korea.
• Working hours: standard: 9;30~18:30 (4 days a week)
• "Good day”: 9:30~ 17:00 (1 day a week)
